Captains: Your captain has the most important job on the team BUT he needs your help. You must be on time and pay your dues weekly. If you are going to miss a match, try to find your own sub at least 24 hours in advanced then communicate with your captain. It is also your responsibility to see that your subs fees are paid. 

Sanctioning:: All regular players are to be sanctioned the first night of play- Subs on the second.

Each player will include their Full Name, Phone and Street & email address on the back of your score sheet

Match Time:: 7:30 (Mon–Fri)  5 pm (Sunday) All matches are to start on time. Players do have a 30 min grace period in which they can make up any games they missed. If they are late they forfeit those game but can play any that they are there for.

Score Sheets:: Both captains will fill out their own lineup then copy each others. Follow the format listed and always COMPLETELY fill out ALL information on your score Sheet. Failure to do this may result in improper documentation. If a captain requests a review of scores it must be done in writing with Team Names, Date player in question, and a brief summary of what happened: At the end of the match, Before signing sheets you will:

Check the following. 1-Are first and last names spelled correctly 2-is the addition correct 3- are all special feats listed ERO 10-0, 8BB in box. Is all your other info? Filled out completely. Once this is done then sign and MAIL or FAX. Any team not mailing, faxing or emailing their paperwork the following day will be penalized $1. Per player each day they are late: YOU WILL RECEIVE ALL STATS, SCHEDULES  & SCORE SHEETS FROM WWW.TULSAPOOL.COM

Payments:: All fee and Sanction fees should be paid by Check or Money Order

Bounce a check? And there is a $20 takes charge. On top of what you already owe. SO DON’T WRITE IT

Substitution:: A team may sub a player into a match using this criteria 1:: you must tell the opposing captain before the start of the round. 2 If a player is returned to the match they must go back to the same place they came out of. 3 each player carry's their own average.

Sub on the last 2 weeks of play    must have a 2 week established average within our league system.

Playing the wrong player:: If the match is completed, the score will be forwarded to the proper position of play. If the game is not completed STOP and begin with the proper players. players playing for the second time? The first game counts!

Questionable shots? It is always wise to ask for a referee when a shot appears to be close. Once a ref is chosen, walk away from the table, as their call is FINAL.

Playing on 2 different teams within the same League: A listed roaming sub may do so. A club manager may do so. With the captains permission a player may transfer to another team.

Coaching:: Absolutely NO COACHING during a players game .If a player has a question about the status of a game they may approach their opponent  teams captain. If it is suspected that a player is being coached the player may be asked to sit away from their team and may result with foul or loss of game.

Rescheduling A match: Must be done at least 24 hours in advance. And must be played before the next weeks play. All fees are to be sent in as usual along with an explanation of the events otherwise late penalties apply.

The league office ahead of time must approve all changes.

BYES:: we don't like them. No Money No scores No Play

Forfeits:: Pay as usual-Forfeiting team score  0- Present team receives 3/4 of the match. Once a match has started it must be completed. Any team leaving the premises for ANY reason will forfeit all remaining games

Protests:: There are none: Can't come to a agreement. Be adults and start over and show good sportsmanship at all times

Fees::   Prize fund $4. Office $1 – (Sanction $15, VNEA )-  (Sanction $15 ACS ) Fees must be current to avoid late charges or deductions from prize money

Shooting out:: If a player is allowed to shoot out They will pay for the remaining games but still be allowed the break their games. They must also leave after their last game or they will forfeit all games played.

2 table play: is not optional, play on two tables after 10 pm. Make sure your sponsor is aware of this rule::

League ends one week after the last day on the Schedule at the 1st place teams bar. Awards and money is given out, a free tournament for everyone who played  and a captains round table discussion, to make plans for the next session.

Last 2 weeks of play Teams not playing the last 2 weeks forfeit all money and prizes

Rule Change:  All  Regular Players use there Carry over Average from last season for 3 weeks. (then use stat sheets avg.)

    For new players only:

1. For new players will start with a 7 avg.   If the team does not have 3 players with an avg.
2. If the team does have 3 players with an avg. Then use the avg. of those 3 players
3. If a player has only 1 week for avg(4games).  Then use avg. of all ( 8 ) games for week for 2nd week .(end of match )
4. .After 2weeks use avg. on stats.
